Georgi Peev

Technical Architect & Project Manager

10 years of experience
In 2010, after completing my degree in technical architecture at Universidad de Les Illes Balears, in Palma de Majorca, I start my career as a technical architect and safety coordinator in several renowned studios on the island.

Taking responsibility
Later on, I take on the integral management of projects, and I am responsible for the economic management and the control of deadlines.

Challenge and self-improvement
I consider that site management is a powerful tool, where one of its keys is to involve and motivate the team so that all parties contribute the best of their abilities to the project.
My drive to improve personally and professionally is key to achieving excellent results, both for myself and for the team, and to be able to offer finishes that ensure the success of the project.

Responsible architecture
Sustainability and resource management are no longer an add-on but a necessity. Housing needs to be more energy efficient and provide greater respect and care for the environment. Since 2020, I am a certified designer of Passive Houses, by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany. These services are required by local and foreign developers and investors, as well as architecture offices that are increasingly aware of the need for high energy efficiency and nearly zero consumption in high-standing and newly built homes.

PEEV
For the integral management and execution control, in PEEV we have a wide experience in different fields of construction.

We provide a point of differentiation in Construction Management and Project Management of high-standing and luxury homes, thanks to our full involvement, dedication and ability to be decisive in presenting technical solutions.

We manage and lead teams, empowering the values of each of the members in order to obtain the best results.

After all, the quality of the final product is the sum of the whole team’s work.

Sustainability and resource management are no longer an add-on but a necessity.

Passive house

The concept of "Passive House" was developed in Germany in the 1980s and is an evolution of low energy houses. Due to the excellent thermal quality of the building enclosure materials (walls, windows and doors), the use of internal heat sources (from electrical devices normally used in homes) and the reduction of ventilation loss with a controlled heat recovery system, a “passive house" does not require conventional cooling or heating mechanisms.
